fun while learning some great new skills! In this introduction to drama
children
will move, sing, improvise and play theatre games to experience what it
is to
be part of an ensemble. The class will culminate in an informal
performance
shared with parents.

developing acting skills such as body engagement, voice and character
development,
we will also work with text; improvised and scripted. Aiming to develop
a
cohesive and dynamic performance ensemble, we will have several
opportunities
to present to an audience as we develop throughout the year. The first
performance will be in early May 2010.

and explore the arts as a medium for self expression! We will engage
the body
and voice as well as some simple visual arts mediums to access your
creative
self. Experience the synergy of ensemble in a fun, respectful and
supportive
atmosphere. This workshop will also offer opportunities for you to
create a
performance piece for May 2010.
